Please note that I am in the process
of legally reclaiming my birth name of Parthenia
Vurteese Onassis, which was changed when I was
adopted. Parthenia is another name for Athena, the
Goddess of Wisdom and Vurteese is Latin for truth
and virtue. I would like to begin the transition
from Dr. Grant to Dr. Parthenia, the name I am using
for my new book.
Note: I need everyone’s phone numbers
in the group so that I can contact them in the event
of last minute changes. I only have emails for some
of you. It will also be helpful if everyone would
RSVP for any of the events listed in this
newsletter, especially for the raw food cooking
classes, as space is really limited, and I need to
prepare enough food.
JANICE WITT HAS LOST 13 POUNDS
Professor Janice Witt, from Mission
College has a severe form of diabetes and has been
raw now for 28 days. She has lost 13 pounds and is
looking forward to losing more weight. I recommend
that Janice incorporate more liver detoxing herbs
into her diet such as spirulina, chlorella, raw
garlic, cilantro, etc. and do sweat lodges or the
dry sauna as often as possible to sweat out the
toxins in her system from the medications she has
taken over the years. She should also do the “Drug
Bomb” that is in my book to thoroughly cleanse the
prescription meds out of her body in order to
experience more rapid weight loss.
LIZA LOST 26 POUNDS AND KEPT IT
OFF WHILE ON A CRUISE:
The following email was sent to me
from Liza:
After a lifetime of struggling with
my weight, I grew so ashamed and inhibited because
of my increasing physical size. I have tried diet
after diet, only to regress to the same habits
because I was truly addicted to everything I put in
my mouth. As I became bigger throughout the years,
my self confidence and self worth decreased
dramatically.
Now, after only a few short weeks of
being a part of your support group and losing 26
pounds, I can proudly say I am an aspiring raw "foodie."
I enjoy and even crave greens and salads, foods that
only a few short weeks ago never existed on my
plate. I finally understand what the saying "you
are what you eat" really means. If your diet only
consists of cooked, dead food, how can you expect to
yield energy and vitality from that? When you eat
live food, you get nothing but living enzymes.
For the first time, I now eat to
satisfaction without any guilt. Raw food is so
sensual I thoroughly enjoy everything I eat. In
fact, each time I eat, I now see it as an
opportunity to heal my body and spirit. Changing
the way we eat is really the next frontier in
regaining our health and our lives.
I want to thank you for giving so
much of yourself to afford us all a real chance at
true health. I have shared my new found lifestyle
with my friends and family and the results are so
amazing that people cannot help but be attracted to
such an efficient means of becoming healthy without
counting calories or deprivation.

APRIL MORALES LOST A DRESS SIZE
IN ONE WEEK FROM FASTING
April Morales is on the 8th
day of her ten day fast using the Master Cleanse.
She looks absolutely fabulous, has lost a dress
size, her skin is radiant and she reports feeling
fabulous.
I got April started with raw foods
and detoxing after a recent surgery. She came to me
faint, weak, trembling and losing a lot of blood.

RECENT EVENTS
My apologies to anyone who showed up
at the Farmer’s Market on Easter Sunday; I only
called those whom I had spoken with in person to
tell them I had just gotten information from Linda
about Dr. Michael Beckwith, (from The Secret),
also the founder of Agape International
Spiritual Center, who was holding a special
service at the Universal City Walk’s Ampitheater on
Easter Sunday.
The ampitheater was so packed people
had to be turned away. The positive energy in the
room, however, from over 6,000 people, was
incredibly inspiring and uplifting, so much so I was
moved to make the 11 o’clock service a regular
outing for myself and anyone from the group who
wants or needs an ongoing dose of the teachings from
The Secret, which I believe will be helpful
in speeding up our transformation and rejuvenation
process. More importantly, it is rewarding to be a
part of the 100th Monkey Principle, and a
growing .001% of the world population, which is all
that is needed to create a tipping point to push us
out of separation and into a spirit of oneness by
raising our consciousness with the highest vibration
on the planet, unconditional love; love is the
actual meaning of the word Agape.

2:00 p.m. Hiking in the Burbank
Hills. Bring a picnic lunch and bottled
water. This is a gentle hike with no steep slopes
which even beginners can handle. We take it slow
and stop and rest at benches along the way.
Directions: Exit Burbank Blvd off of
the 5 Fwy, go North toward the hills until Burbank
Blvd dead ends into Burbank High School, turn Right,
then immediately left at the first street, Harvard.
Take Harvard up the hills past the golf course until
you get to what looks like an empty guard station.
There is a parking lot to the left of the guard
station, park there. Bring bottled water and a

7 p.m. movie The Peaceful
Warrior starring Nick Nolte
This is an amazing movie, based on a
true story and a best selling novel, that reveals
another aspect of The Secret. The movie will
inspire anyone who dares to dream the impossible
dream. Bring a note pad to write down some of Nick
Nolte’s brilliant one liners. I’ve already paid to
see it five times; I can’t wait to buy it on DVD.

It is about 58 miles from LA, but
it's a nice drive. You can go to
www.glenivy.com
and check it out. They have a lot of useful info.
They have other locations near by, but the Corona
location is the only one with the hot springs. The
others are called day spas.
They are open Monday-Saturday 7AM-7PM
and Sundays 8AM-7PM. It is $35 Monday-Thursday and
$48 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I am sure we
can get discounts, I did last time.
Also, they sell tickets at COSTCO for
a discounted price according to their website. Since
Jorge is an employee at Costco I was thinking
perhaps he can hook us up! :)
The admission price includes
unlimited use of all the pools (salt pool, Greek
bath, etc.), mineral springs, the mud pool, saunas,
different steam rooms with aroma therapy, lockers,
showers (nice ones). They also have water aerobics
in the main pool. It is very nice and I love it
there. I think we will have a lot of fun as a
group.
So let's grab our bathing suits,
shorts, thongs that go on the feet, and towels and
go pamper ourselves!

HEXAGONAL WATER:
THE FOUNTAIN OF
YOUTH and VITALITY
For the past decade, I have been
searching for an affordable machine that can
restructure distilled or reverse osmosis water
(which is pure but is acidic, unstructured and has

restructure a half a gallon of water. The mineral
filter lasts for six months or more and retails in
